Update: A heatwave is affecting the entire country on 20/07 from 17:00 to 22:00. Today (Monday) is officially recorded as the hottest day of the past year. In the southern Dead Sea, Arava, and Eilat, temperatures exceeded 40 degrees Celsius, with a recorded temperature of 44.7 degrees Celsius in Sodom during the afternoon hours! This temperature is the highest measured since the heatwave in August of last year (15.08.25)!
