Update: Flash flooding across the country on 07/11 from 14:00 to 18:00. Heavy rains have been falling over the last few hours (as of 13:30) along the coastal plain, in the Gush Dan area, and in the Shephelah. In the Hadera area, approximately 50 mm have been measured in the last few hours, and there is a significant risk of flooding.
